Floor LED Display Tiles
An interactive LED display screen is fascinating!
Every movement of step will result in the change of display content.
The installation process begins with the setting up of the footings, of course, prior to that, a careful measurement of the job site must be done, so that a proper size and quantity of LED tiles can be selected.
A single piece of LED tile
500 x 500 mm
Multiple tiles combined together to build a screen
The basic display unit is the module, typically 250x250 mm insize, 4 or 8 modules to make a cabinet.
A cabinet, whether consisting of 4 or 8 modules, must have power supply, which converts 110/220 VAC to DC 5V to supply the LED modules, a receiving card, which receives signal from sending card and transfer to modules, cables for power and signals must be included as well.
The upmost part of the module is the cover, as a tile, the cover must be as hard as a porcelain tile, anti-scratch, anti-slip, transparent but not glaring, water-proof, etc.
Now, the cover is made of treated polycarbon (PC), 10 mm of thickness, snapped into the bottom case.
The PC case covers the entire module for water-proof
